2. Pricing and Payment​

• Payment must be completed before the dispatch of any goods. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

3. Delivery

• Standard delivery is available for most locations within the UK mainland. Charges may apply for certain areas. 

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and stock availability.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the delivery date. Failed deliveries may incur a redelivery fee.

• Our Staff will not take your item up to your bedroom. We will deliver at your front door or nearest room downstairs. 

4. Returns and Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel or return a product, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused for a full refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable.

5. Warranties

• Heavenly Slumber offers a warranty on all products against manufacturing defects. Warranty duration varies by product and is detailed with each item.

• Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, or improper handling are not covered.
